Returns & Refunds
We do not offer cash REFUNDS, however, Maxivive will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For an exchange, mail out your item within five (5) days from receipt of the original order to communications@maxivive.com
Items must be returned with all Maxivive tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as dust bags.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You would be responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment.
